What To Bring

To help you feel comfortable and fully enjoy your AlpenGlow Menopause Retreat, here’s a suggested packing list:
Clothing
- Light, breathable yoga clothing (enough for 2 classes).
- Comfortable casual wear for workshops and group activities.
- Swimsuit for the indoor pool, sauna, outdoor hot tub, and Little River Cold Plunge (if you dare).
- 2-3 warmer sweaters, fleece, light down jacket or other layers for cooler mornings and evenings.
- Cozy loungewear or pajamas.
- One pair of indoor shoes or slippers.
- Comfortable, sturdy walking shoes, hiking boots, or running shoes.
- A waterproof and windproof jacket.
- Hat, sunglasses, and sunblock… think positively!
Wellness & Retreat Essentials
- Yoga mat and any props you prefer, such as blocks, bolsters, or straps. Tӓlta Lodge and Salt + Grove will have a limited number of mats available.
- Light blanket or shawl for rest and relaxation practices, if you would like.
- Sleep mask for meditation and sleep.
- Journal & pen for reflection and workshops.
- Reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.
- Personal toiletries & any preferred wellness items.
- An open mind and a kind heart.
Outdoor Activities
- Sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, warm hat or mittens, depending on the weather report.
- Small tote bag or backpack if you choose to go for a hike.
- Flip-flops or water shoes.
- Waterproof boots or hiking shoes for variable Vermont seasons.
- Rain jacket.
Optional Extras
- Book or crafts for quiet personal time.
- Snacks, if you have specific preferences.
